Disorders of Cerebal Development

 

Enrollment Criteria

People with a diagnosis or suspected to have a neurodevelopmental disorder such as Agenesis/Dysgenesis of the Corpus Callosum (ACC/DCC), Aicardi Syndrome, Polymicrogyria (PMG), Perventricular Nodular Heterotopias (PVNH), Subcortical Herterotopias (SCH), and Dandy-Walker Malformation (DWM). If under 18, parent/guardian MUST participate along with minor. Both parents and siblings will be asked to participate if available.

Biomarker Discovery in Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD)

 

Enrollment Criteria

Diagnosis of Autism Spectrum Disoder (ASD), ages 1+. Also healthy controls, ages 1+. Both parents and siblings will be asked to participate if available. Must be available to travel to UCSF Mission Bay for the study procedures.

Epileptic Encephalopathies: Clinical and Genetic Predictors of Outcomes

 

Enrollment Criteria

A person with epilepsy due to Infantile Spasms, Lennox-Gastaut Syndrome, or other epileptic encephalopathy.Both biological parents will be asked to participate if available.

Oxytocin: Relationship in Autism and Social Functioning

 

Enrollment Criteria

UCSF patients between the ages of 2 and 21 who are scheduled to have a lumbar punction for clinical reasons.
